Failure to known the basic rights will make the women who are abused not to know where to run to when face with such a situation. Women lack access to money and they will not be able to finance their fees during this process. The fees are generally high and the women will find it hard to pay and at the same time support their children. Many also fear that their husbands will use all the money and power to win over the case and decide to stay in the abusive relationships. When a woman looses a case, she feels inferior and her rights are looked down upon.

There are many centers that assist people who feel that their right has basically been denied. Some of the issues include social injustice, uneven employment, tribalism and nepotism.

Many people are aware of the fact that discrimination exists but they do not want to admit about it. Some of the basic cases of violation include denial to basic needs, physical, emotional and psychological abuse. It is important to report some of these cases to the required authorities who will assist where possible. Some young people are raped by their parents or are sexually assaulted. They are meant to silence her and make her fell less of a human being abuse is any verbal threat or physical force used to create fear and control what a woman does.

Many mothers who are refuges have stated that one point in their life they have been abused by their husbands. This is besides the fact that they have been through a lot and trying to find refuge in a whole new country. Most of the women are left to take car of the kids alone when the husband decides to leave for fear of responsibility. Others are abused by their spouses who are much stressed and find I hard to adopt to another lifestyle.

Many refugee women opt o stay with their abusive spouses because of the children. They fear what will happen to their future if they do not have jobs and one to lean on. They also fear their children will be taken away by social services if they are not in a position to provide others want to raise their children in the traditional setting a family so that the children can get to know both parents and the importance of a family unit.
