Common law
It is also known as precedent or case law. It is usually developed by the judges as a result of court decisions and other similar cases. Common law is a legal structure and many people find it is fair and just. The precedent body is referred as common law and it also binds on future decisions. When bodies do not know how to solve a case, they go back to similar past court experiences and find out how the case was judged. If the case is unique and has never been done before, the authorities are on a duty to make judgment fairly. The new decision passed will be used for future similar cases.
